Please note: The Surgery doors are closed weekdays from 1.00pm to 2.00pm.
We use Patient Partner, our automated telephone system that allows registered patients to book, amend or cancel appointments around the clock. This service is currently available between 06.15 am and midnight every day. Patient Partner will also send you a text message to confirm a booking and a reminder of your appointment. PLEASE MAKE SURE WE HAVE YOUR MOST UP TO DATE MOBILE NUMBER.
For those patients who cannot come to the surgery during core hours, we offer a late night surgery every Thursday and a Saturday morning surgery (this service is offered by appointment only). During these surgeries registered patients will be able to do the following:
- Drop off/collect repeat prescriptions (please allow 48 hours for your prescription request to be processed).
- Obtain normal test results
- Book/rearrange or cancel appointments
- Make telephone enquiries
Patients with Particular Needs
The surgery is fully accessible to patients using a wheelchair via the two lifts. There are some disabled parking bays on the main road outside the surgery. Please note the disabled bay on the forecourt does not belong to the Practice so we have no control over who parks there. We can arrange interpretation and translation services for patients who do not speak English. If you have particular needs, please advise reception, either in advance or when you arrive, of any special help that you may need.
If you would like a chaperone to be present during a physical examination by the doctor, please let us know and we will endeavour to comply with your wishes. This may occasionally involve booking a further appointment.
